Shipping & payment conditions

Dear customers,

Due to new legal obligations within the European Union, we are unfortunately forced to make a change to our shipping conditions. From now on we can only ship orders to addresses within Germany and the following international countries

Other countries will be gradually reactivated as soon as all formalities have been clarified.

This decision was not taken lightly, but in order to comply with ongoing legal requirements, it is necessary to restrict our shipping to the above countries. We understand that this may be disappointing for our customers and ask for your understanding in this matter.

Shipping within Germany

Bulky goods surcharge may still be added, this will be shown in the order summary.

Please note that all prices and additional costs are incurred by the import in the respective country. Duties and taxes must be paid at customs in the respective country.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
