Description
Article Description

The Envy in Proton plastic is a slightly overstable putt and approach disc with a smooth, modern feel. Its lower profile sits comfortably in the hand and inspires confidence for both putting and approach shots.

Power throwers can rely on the Envy to hold a straight flight before finishing with a subtle fade. Players with less power benefit from its dependable stability as an approach disc. The combination of reliable stability and minimal fade makes it versatile for different shot types and playing situations.

Its medium depth balances a straight flight with an easy, clean release. Compared with the Ion and Anode, the Envy has a slightly lower profile and a lower cruising speed. Its flight stability is largely similar to the MVP Ion, while offering an entirely different feel in the hand.

Axiom Discs brings a new focus on style, with vibrant color combinations of GYRO® rims, new stamp series and foils, and a unique set of disc models to complement the MVP lineup. Axiom gives players more options for GYRO®-enhanced discs, whether for colors, flight profile, or feel.

Flight Path

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
