Buying gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased like regular products, provided they are offered in the shop. After successful payment, the voucher is activated and sent as a voucher code by email. The credit is not automatically added to the customer account. The voucher code can be passed on and redeemed directly in the shopping cart.
The voucher code is sent by email after payment has been received.
Gift vouchers are available exclusively in digital form.
Redeeming gift vouchers
The voucher code can be redeemed in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
If the voucher value is lower than the order total, an additional payment method must be selected for the remaining amount. If the voucher value exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will be available for future orders.

Limitation period
Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, the claim is subject to the statutory limitation period of three years in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
