The Nomad was developed together with James Conrad as part of his signature line. Travel, exploration, and places with a special meaning to James form the foundation of the series. Arches National Park was selected as the concept for the Nomad months before James Conrad went on to win the World Championship in Utah.
Art Director Mike Inscho combined the natural themes of the James Conrad Line with the science-inspired identity of MVP Disc Sports. The artwork represents Arches through audio-style topographical waveforms, depicting a trailhead that is especially meaningful to James.
The shape of the Nomad also follows James Conrad’s exact preferences. Its depth, shoulder height, and small bead were all designed to create his ideal putter. Inside the Circle, the Nomad delivers a neutral flight. From Circle 2, a controlled fade begins to appear, allowing the disc to hold both hyzer and anhyzer angles when required.
Off the tee, the Nomad offers a straight, stable flight with controlled glide. Players of different power levels can achieve confident, straight lines, while the balanced glide helps the disc settle near the basket instead of carrying too far past the target.
Electron Medium plastic provides a balanced combination of grip and firmness.

High-tech base material with excellent grip, develops more glide over time and a more neutral flight with wear. It is available in soft, medium and firm flex for putters.
Durability (The higher the value, the less damage plastic takes.)
Grip (The higher the value, the better the grip of the plastic.)
Stiffness (The higher the value, the stiffer the plastic is.)

Basic plastics are generally characterized by better grip and a significantly lower price. Unfortunately, this also entails production and delivery-related disadvantages. For example, these plastics already show damage (scratches, scuff marks) and deformation on delivery. In addition, they age more quickly, i.e. articles made of these plastics deform more quickly and change their flight behavior. You will always receive new items from us - unless otherwise stated - even if baseline items sometimes do not look like this.
