Behind The Design:
Working with Maria on her first Signature series design with Thought Space, Maria loved the theme "Time is a construct." Visually we incorporated elements of street art, Salvador Dalí, and the iconography of Butterflies and Mushrooms, loosely representing the idea of the butterfly effect and starting fresh and connections with nature.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
