Article Description

The Axiom Discs Fireball in Neutron plastic is an overstable, wind-resistant distance-control disc with an overall straighter and longer flight profile than the MVP Motion. During the early stage of its fade, it continues pushing forward for longer, while the Motion would already have begun a long, gradual fade. At the end of its flight, the Fireball drops later and more abruptly than the Motion.

The defining characteristic of the Fireball is its combination of wind and power resistance with a delayed, focused fade. This makes it a unique addition to a GYRO® bag: it can serve as a longer-pushing Motion or as a more overstable Tesla.

High-power throwers get a largely turn-free high-speed stage that holds straight a little longer before fading. This makes the Fireball useful for long pan-outs, straight power shots, and sweeping hyzers. Average-power throwers will find significant headwind resistance and more workable lines than with the Motion.

The Fireball is equally suited to backhand and forehand throws. Its high-speed stability keeps power shots locked onto their line, while its late fade helps control range for optimal placement on the course.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
