Article Description

The Axiom Discs Tempo in Electron Soft is an overstable putt and approach disc featuring flight numbers of 4 | 4 | 0 | 2.5. Its low-profile shape and flat flight plate provide a clean release and excellent control for approaches, short drives, and utility shots.

Power throwers may notice a slight amount of turn before the Tempo’s torque resistance and dependable fade take over, creating a controlled forward-pushing finish. Players with lower arm speed will find a straight-to-overstable flight that performs especially well in windy conditions and on consistent approach angles.

The Tempo holds lines confidently before delivering a reliable fade, making it an excellent option for both forehand and backhand approaches. Its controllable stability gives players confidence when precision is required close to the basket.

Electron Soft plastic adds a grippy and slightly softer feel, helping provide clean releases and controlled landings around the green.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.
