The further the number is in the minus, the more understable it is and the more it resists the fade. Originally released as part of the 2023 OTB Open Special Edition lineup – and brought back again for 2024 – the Trance is now available year-round as a stock disc in Prism Neutron plastic!

With flight numbers of 8 | 5 | -2 | 1, the Trance is designed as a fairway driver that any player can comfortably throw. It excels at shot shaping: from smooth turnovers and dead-straight hyzer-flips to reliable flat-to-turn lines with a gentle, forward-pushing fade. The Trance delivers control and creativity on the fairway.

Now part of the regular lineup, the Prism Neutron Trance is ready to become a go-to disc for players who like to carve lines with confidence.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
