Midnight Prowl returns for its third run. For the first time, the Origin in this Kyle Klein Signature Series is made from C-Line with glow added to the blend and metal flakes running through it.
The Origin is a smaller-diameter midrange from the Evolution line. It is fairly understable at high speed, making it an ally for long turnovers and controlled, laser-straight lines. It performs especially well in tailwinds, on wooded fairways, and in calmer conditions on the course.
C-Line is Discmania’s most durable blend. It wears slowly and maintains its original flight characteristics for an extended period, so the line learned with this Origin stays consistent. The disc offers good grip and comes here with a glow base and metal flake throughout.
Discmania, along with Latitude 64° and Kastaplast, is probably one of the best known European disc golf manufacturers based in Finland. Discmania was founded in 2006 and launched its first disc, the MD1, which was manufactured by Innova Champion Discs.
In 2019, the existing line of disc golf discs, henceforth called "Originals", was joined by two other product lines that expanded Discmania's product line. So Discmania had Latitude 64° produce the "Evolution" product line and Yikun Discs produce the "Active" product line.
Both product lines now offer an almost complete range of discs, with the "Active" series being a low-cost option for beginners due to its production in China.
In 2021, the last but the biggest change in Discmania's product range took place. Due to the increased demand for disc golf discs as a result of the boom in the sport during the pandemic and the problem that Innova could hardly keep up with the production of the "Originals" series, Discmania decided to take over the production of the "Originals" series for the first time. In 2021 Discmania opened its own production facility in Sweden, where the "Originals" series was produced from then on. From this point on, the company started to re-release their own bestsellers, starting with discs like the P2 and the MD3. To this day, Discmania still re-releases the old favourites from the Originals series, but also expands the range, as with the forthcoming FD1. Besides the stock releases, Discmania is also known for the signature releases of its pro players like Eagle McMahon or Kyle Klein, who often recombine plastic types with existing moulds.

The C‑Line version stands out thanks to its remarkable durability: it features a tough plastic blend that resists damage from tree hits and rugged terrain, retaining its original flight characteristics for a long time.
It also delivers good grip, bright and clear colours, and usually a slightly more stable flight than softer plastics.
Durability (The higher the value, the less damage plastic takes.)
Grip (The higher the value, the better the grip of the plastic.)
Stiffness (The higher the value, the stiffer the plastic is.)
"Signature Series" items are products specifically designed or printed for sponsored team players. The price of these items is usually slightly higher because a portion of the proceeds goes to support the player in their career. It's a great way for fans to show their support for their favorite players while also contributing to their success in the sport.
