Article Description

The Latitude 64° Jade (Gold Line) blends control and reliability in a fairway driver that is especially appealing for newer players as well as more developed players looking for slightly more stability than what highly understable discs offer. With flight ratings of Speed 9, Glide 6, Turn −2, and Fade 1, it delivers enough turn for long shots while remaining manageable — it won’t violently flip over unless you really force it. The Gold Line plastic offers excellent durability with a tacky grip even in slightly damp or challenging conditions. If predictability, feel, and a trustworthy flight path are more important than sheer distance, the Jade is a great choice.

Gold Line is a high quality plastic blend. At the beginning of the blend, the same plastics as Opto Line were used, but a new polymer was added to achieve a better grip without losing the excellent durability of Opto Line.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.
