The Proton Resistor marks the second release in Eagle McMahon’s Synergy Series, once again featuring striking artwork by Green C Studio. This release explores the idea of balance through opposing forces – a concept drawn from Eagle’s own experience on and off the course. Not every round goes to plan, and it’s easy to be discouraged. But through resistance and reflection, Eagle has come to see that the ups and downs are all part of the journey.

The Resistor embodies that mindset – an overstable fairway driver with a flat profile and reliable fade, designed to stay true even when conditions aren’t ideal. Thanks to GYRO® technology, it resists unwanted turn and offers consistent, dependable performance.

MVP Disc Sports wurde von zwei Brüdern gegründet, die sich für Disc-Golf begeistern und seit vielen Jahren in der Kunststoffspritzgießerei ihres Vaters gearbeitet haben. Da sie in einer Gießerei gearbeitet haben, die sich auf zweistufige Gießverfahren spezialisiert hat, war die Idee, dieses zweistufige Gießverfahren in Golfscheiben zu implementieren, um den Sport auf die nächste Stufe zu heben.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
