Important information for our EU customers

Due to the growing administrative and financial burden resulting from the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and related packaging requirements, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue shipping to most EU countries.

For a small independent shop like ours, the increasing bureaucracy, registration requirements and associated costs have reached a level that is no longer economically manageable.

We are therefore currently focusing our international shipping on Austria, Switzerland and Norway, in addition to our home market Germany.

We are genuinely sorry about this decision. Over the years, we have gained many loyal customers throughout Europe whom we have greatly appreciated, and we would have preferred to continue serving you.

We will continue to monitor the legal situation closely. Should the EU simplify the requirements again and create conditions that allow small and medium-sized businesses to trade across Europe without disproportionate administrative and financial barriers, we will gladly reconsider shipping to other EU countries.
