Description
Article Description

The Axiom Discs Envy in the Eclipse version is a slightly overstable putt and approach disc with a smooth, modern profile. Its comfortable feel fits naturally in the hand and inspires confidence for both putting and approach shots.

The Envy maintains a straight flight with reliable stability and a minimal fade at the end. This makes it dependable for both regular rounds and glow rounds.

The Eclipse version brings color glow options to the Envy. It is available with colored glow cores and rims in Green, Blue, Purple, Teal, and White.

Compared with the Ion and Anode class, the Envy has a slightly lower profile and cruising speed. This gives it a uniquely “lid-like” stable flight. Within the 10 mm Putt / Approach class, the Envy is displayed alongside the Proxy by relative stability.

Features:

  • Slightly overstable putt and approach disc
  • Straight flight with minimal fade
  • Smooth, modern feel
  • Reliable stability
  • Colored glow cores and rims
  • Available colors: Green, Blue, Purple, Teal, and White

Glow Discs
Glow Discs are disc golf discs made from glow-in-the-dark plastics or plastics with luminescent additives that charge under light and remain visible in low-light conditions. They allow play during dusk, night, or poor lighting without the need for additional markers or external lighting.

The brightness and duration of the glow vary depending on the plastic and color. Flight characteristics generally match those of the standard versions of the respective models, making Glow Discs easy to integrate into an existing bag. Glow discs are available as putters, midranges, fairway drivers, and distance drivers, and are suitable for both casual play and organized glow rounds.

Flight Path

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
