The Sten by Kastaplast is the ultimate disc for pre-round warm-ups and casual catch sessions. More than that, it’s a perfect introduction to disc golf, a great choice for the beach, and simply an all-around fun disc for everyone.

Despite its name (“Sten” translates to “stone”), this disc is soft, grippy, lightweight, and even floats. Crafted in K4-Line plastic, it blends the best qualities of both base and premium materials.

The glow discs illuminate once charged with natural or synthetic light, allowing you to extend your day on the course or even play in complete darkness. The glowing compound is mixed directly into the K1, K3, or K4 plastic during production. Kastaplast glow is considered among the best in the business

"Kastaplast is a disc manufacturer founded in 2013, based in Stockholm, with the goal of producing discs and accessories of the highest quality. Their first disc was the RASK, notable for its unusual shape and second wing. Unfortunately, this disc was so difficult to throw that it attracted only a few followers. The second attempt at producing a disc was a complete success. The Kaxe is a midrange disc that borders on being a fairway driver. Combined with the K1 plastic, it is an outstanding disc. The most successful disc from Kastaplast to date, however, is the Reko putter, which pretty much gets everything right. In early 2022, Latitude 64° became a co-owner of Kastaplast. The production is set to be moved to Skellefteå in 2023."

Glow Discs

Glow Discs are disc golf discs made from glow-in-the-dark plastics or plastics with luminescent additives that charge under light and remain visible in low-light conditions. They allow play during dusk, night, or poor lighting without the need for additional markers or external lighting.

The brightness and duration of the glow vary depending on the plastic and color. Flight characteristics generally match those of the standard versions of the respective models, making Glow Discs easy to integrate into an existing bag. Glow discs are available as putters, midranges, fairway drivers, and distance drivers, and are suitable for both casual play and organized glow rounds.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.
