The further the number is in the minus, the more understable it is and the more it resists the fade. Designed to be the workhorse for all kinds of accurate fairway drives, this stable and versatile fairway driver has been developed in cooperation with World Champion Ricky Wysocki. “The Explorer is smooth out of the hand and has a clean stable flight. In the midst of the ”disc golf community” that grows and flourishes in Bergsbyn (Sweden), a few of the experienced players and devoted enthusiasts had the dream, desire and vision to develop and produce disc golf products that would elevate the sport we all love to new heights in terms of quality and class. Opto Air - Premium Plastic

For the Opto Air, Latitude uses the same material as for their durable Opto Line plastic discs. However, it is slightly modified with a different process to achieve an amazing result of lighter discs, while keeping the same weight distribution as close as possible to the Opto and Gold Line discs.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
