Article Description

The Maul is a fairway driver made for turnover shots. It resembles our popular driver the River, in both speed and glide but is more understable. This disc is a very good choice for beginners/amateurs and people who don't throw extremely far, since it´s easy to control and grip and won't fade as much as high speed drivers do.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.
