Article Description
The MVP Disc Sports Signal is an extremely understable fairway driver with a relatively low speed, making it exceptionally easy to throw, especially for newer players. When thrown with higher power, the Signal invites line shaping through hyzer-flips and height adjustments, producing everything from straight laser-like flights to smooth turnovers and rollers. The stabilizing GYRO® effect helps keep this high turn potential controllable on the course.

The Signal is best defined by its turning ability and line manipulation potential. Featuring a narrow 16 mm rim and an extremely understable flight profile, it is the easiest-throwing MVP driver for beginners. While newer and developing players will enjoy an effortless straight flight with accessible turn, experienced throwers can tone down the power or fully engage in advanced flight shaping.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
