The Latitude 64° River is a fairway driver with exceptional glide. It stays in the air for a long time and moves forward with very little effort. This makes it a suitable choice for players looking for their first straight driver as well as experienced players who need precise lines on technical wooded courses.

Made from Opto plastic, the River features a durable, translucent surface with a firm and consistent grip in different weather conditions. It is well suited to long, straight tunnel shots and controlled hyzer flips with plenty of glide.

The River flies slightly understable and can gently move from hyzer into a straight flight when thrown with clean form. Its subtle fade provides a soft, predictable finish without aggressive skipping or dumping left early.

It is especially useful for straight shots, soft turnovers and learning to control longer-range throws. The River supports a smooth, technically sound throwing motion without requiring excessive power.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

  • Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
  • Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
  • Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
  • Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
  • Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.

Note: This simulation is based on the manufacturer's specified flight ratings (Speed, Glide, Turn, Fade). Actual flight characteristics may vary from disc to disc within the same mold and are highly dependent on individual throwing style. This visualization serves as a general guideline.
