Article Description

The Axiom Discs Virus in Cosmic Neutron is an exceptionally easy-to-throw fairway driver featuring impressive glide and responsive understability. Its flight is defined by a steady turnover tendency combined with a controllable forward fade, making it ideal for shaping long and creative distance lines.

Players with lower or average arm speed will enjoy effortless distance and easy straight-to-turnover flights. Power throwers can use the Virus for huge hyzerflips, controlled turnovers, and tailwind distance shots while still maintaining workable control throughout the flight.

The Virus performs especially well on powered-down throws and standstill shots, requiring very little speed to achieve clean straight flights. It can also be manipulated for high flexing distance lines or low ceiling shots at smoother release speeds.

Compared to the MVP Impulse, the Virus resembles a more seasoned and slightly easier-turning version. It pairs particularly well with more stable drivers such as the Insanity and Wrath, adding additional shot-shaping versatility to any bag.

Settings Explanation

This visualization allows you to simulate the disc's flight path based on different throw parameters:

Throw Type: RHBH (Right-Hand Backhand) or LHFH (Left-Hand Forehand) and vice versa. Determines the direction of turn and fade.
Power: Throw speed from 60% to 120%. At correct speed (green), the disc flies according to the values.
Condition: Simulates the disc's condition level. 1/10 = heavily worn (more turn), 10/10 = new (more stable, less turn).
Spread: Displays multiple flight paths with different speeds as a colored fan.
Paths: Choose between all paths or only the path for the selected power setting.
